Orders & Shipping

How long does shipping take?
Most orders are produced and shipped within 3–7 business days. Once shipped, domestic delivery typically takes an additional 3–5 business days. Total estimated time: 7–12 business days.

Do you ship internationally?
Currently we ship within the United States. International shipping may be available in the future — stay tuned!

Will I get a tracking number?
Yes! Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking information.

Can I change or cancel my order?
Because our products are made to order, we're unable to make changes or cancellations once an order has been placed. Please double-check your size and shipping address before completing checkout.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?
Since every item is custom printed just for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for sizing issues or change of mind. However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll make it right.

My item arrived damaged — what do I do?
We're so sorry! Please email us at support@built-from-ashes.store with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll send a replacement at no charge.

Sizing

How do I find my size?
Each product page includes a size guide with measurements. We recommend measuring yourself and comparing to the size chart before ordering, as sizing can vary by product style.

Do your products run true to size?
Most of our apparel runs true to size. Check the individual product's size guide for specifics. When in doubt, size up!

How are your products made?
Built From Ashes uses print-on-demand production. Each item is printed and fulfilled individually when you place your order — meaning no mass production, less waste, and a product made just for you.

Will my item look exactly like the photo?
We do our best to represent colors and designs accurately. Slight variations in color may occur due to monitor settings and the printing process.

Do you restock sold-out items?
Because our products are print-on-demand, most items are always available. If you're having trouble with a specific product, reach out and we'll help.
