Built From Ashes was created from real-life struggles, real-life healing, and the belief that no one should have to fight their battles alone.
Founded by HeatherLynn and Jason Barner, this brand was born from a journey through addiction, recovery, mental health challenges, loss, healing, and rebuilding life one day at a time. What started as a personal mission quickly became something bigger—a community for people who have faced adversity and continue to rise despite it.
HeatherLynn is a recovering addict who knows firsthand what it means to fight for your life, your sobriety, and your sense of self. She also lives with her own mental health struggles—and it's exactly that lived experience that gave this brand its heart. This isn't a brand built from the outside looking in. It was built from the inside out, by someone who has been in the dark and found her way back to the light.
Jason is a blue collar worker who understands the weight of real life—the chaos, the grind, and the quiet strength it takes to show up every single day. As a man, a provider, a father, a son, a coworker, and a husband, he knows what it means to carry a lot and keep going anyway. His understanding, his compassion, and his heart for people are exactly why he's part of this journey. Jason brings the grounded, everyday perspective that reminds us this brand is for everyone navigating life's weight—not just surviving it, but rising through it.
